Definitely going to happen. No problem. What with all the millions and millions of customers TGC has who would join a facebook group about it, we can easily beat those stupid, less identifiable-with groups. The highest numbered group I think I'm in is When I was your age, Pluto was a planet, but that only has a measly 1,828,286 members. Now we could easily beat that, and I'm sure no page has anywhere near that in members. After all, with it's average of 500,000 copies of it's products sold weekly, TGC should be an easy victory.

Wow you guys are pessimists... Since we are programmers why don't we just hack into facebook and add millions of members that way? Anyway please join the group from the link here! http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1454296182#/pages/The-Game-Creators-Fan-Page/236454847979?ref=nf And i don't care if it isn't the most popular.

The only way to do that would be make a LOT of accounts. Not for me

...Or you could fiddle with the page source so that instead of posting a single value to the number of fans, it posts a larger number? But then again, Facebook's probably immune to that. ;P

2 fans, wow. Getting really close to the top group on Facebook.

Anyway, there's already a proper TGC group on Facebook, we don't want another.

Veron- How many facebook pages do you see with only ONE page about it?

Mad- That would be considered insulting... Anyway I'm getting mine too

Tom001- I was thinking along the lines but I'm not good enough of a programmer to do that yet.

You think all that spam in your mail box from random names is all typed by hand? Programmers would call it a "loop" perhaps.

Just because lots of other people who make duplicate groups are idiots, doesn't mean that you need to be as well.

Not really Veron. People create multiple pages becauase they don't like the way the other people do it, because they want to personalize it, or because they like to annoy sensitive people (take the hint). I'm doing it with a mix of all three.

So now anyone with half a shred of common sense is over-sensitive? Or perhaps it is that the people without any common sense are over-sensitive when shown how pointless their idea is by someone with more common sense? (take the hint).

There's one group, and i'm happy with the way it is, so I'll stay there and not join yours - speaking for myself of course.

But anyway, now I'm intrigued. What is so different about your group? What does it offer to me that I can't get in the other group?

Lol this is becoming a serious argument. Oh and to let you guys know I realized that what I was doing was stupid, and I'm trying to stop so thanks for critisizing me . Anyway about this serious argument? I love arguing so I'm going to continue this just for fun.

The Wilderbeast- Just a bit of sarcasm there buddy , and I think that both of those play a part in it. I think that people start to get annoyed at immaturaty/randomness that isn't nessacary or stupid (myself included) and people know that so they purposely try to be immature/random thats unessacary or stupid (myself included again, although I'm trying to fix that). So it really is just two people trying to get the better of eachother.

Veron- Heads up I deleted the group for reasons stated above. Continuing to argue: Whats different about this group is that it is an unproffesional group, run by unproffessional people with a different way of doing things. So it's like instead of a public school, it would be a private school. In some cases it's better (not in this one). I think it might offer you the other side of things. Since the TGC Page is a proffesionaly made page by this website (I think) it would have all the offers and stuff from this website. If you have an unproffesional/unofficial page offering personal media and stuff where it has less rules so you can do more stuff. It's like the stock market compared to the black market. You get different stuff at dfferent prices. Some of them are better, and some can get you in trouble (what's life without a little risk?). So it pretty much is just a different oppinion and stuff like that.
