I've just come across something I thought I'd lost over 30 years ago! Something I drew while I was still at school and heavily into Dungeon's & Dragon's.

I'm putting it here so I know where it is in case I lose the original drawing!

And I really thought I was good at drawing back then.

I was just saying, jeez...

He didn't ask us to point out important things anyway; he just posted his picture so we'd comment on it.

Awesome! You definitely had more artistic skills than I do (and I've been drawing for ages so I don't expect to become good anytime soon!), and the comic made me chuckle.

Did you ever make any more comics...?

Sort of. One day in class I was bored and folded an A4 paper in half and then in half again to make 4 'panels' and doodled a small triangle with an eye in the middle, two arms and two legs in the first panel (don't ask why, I was just doodling!). As I doodled, I added more of these triangles, then scenery, trees and eventually a spaceship that had crashed into the tree.

Suddenly I came up with a whole idea of these triangles crash landing on earth and just generally wandering about getting into trouble which I doodled into these panels, which I then ripped into separate panels (like a flip book).

I must of had at least 500 of these panels as these triangles wandered through the countryside, city & shopping malls. They chased people, people chased them and they came across their arch enemies, the squares, that had also crash landed on earth and a big battle ensured.

I wish I'd kept them but there many to many bits of paper floating around.

I like that drawing style. It's a comic!

And about the triangles and squares, that's real. I was kidnapped by triangles when I was young and taken up into their spaceship.

Approach a treasure chest carefully, lest it be boobytrapped.. or it may have sharp teeth, a sticky tongue, and drooling uncontrollably...

In the beginning there was nothing. There'll be nothing in the end...

@nickydude - i wish i had a fraction of the stuff i drew in school. good find on your long lost treasure re-discovered! ps, i have a crate full of AD&D stuff i've been meaning to thumb through. none of the 1st edition stuff, i don't think. but tons of good stuff (ie, dragon magazines, plenty of adventures, etc)

@C0wbox - your regular spell-checking "comments" here got old a long time ago. i suggest you proof-read your website before you nit-pick others. i'm "just saying"...

@ Profit
Lol curse you Profit! You find them, every time. xD
In my defence, Soharix, Chezz and Mamo were all made up, I've just yet to apply to Oxford to get them published into the dictionary.

@ Virtual Nomad
What's wrong with the spelling on my site?

Either way, I can't please everyone, it's not my fault our humour doesn't match. - Nickydude did, afterall, post his picture so we'd comment on it didn't he? - That was what I did wasn't it?
