Dark GDK .NET / Multiple Forms Error

I am using Vb.net and I have a Main Menu form using the viewport and when i want to change to the form where it will display the game it gives me an error saying there is protected memory. Post any help.

I have two forms the main menu, and another form for the game. They both use a darkgdk Viewport. When you click the start game button it will start the game form and end the mainmenu form. But it gives me an error saying: Failure trying to acess protected or restricted memory. I've tried many things to make it work please help.

This may be caused by a threading issue, but I need to see a small sample project that illustrates the problem if that's possible?
