Anyone here doing/done UCAS like me? I applied a couple of months back and I'm watching track daily at the moment. There may not be anyone else here but still, it would be interesting to compare

I'm at York uni at the minute but wanting to transfer to Sheffield so I'm going through UCAS now.

I wouldn't check track everyday it will only piss you off in the end, just wait until you get an email from UCAS stating that your application status has changed. Two weeks after I applied both Bristol and Leicester gave me conditional acceptance but Sheffield as yet haven't said anything. I applied for the others to keep my options open it only costs another £10 or something.

Congrats laz.

Also, IF you guys don't meet your grades, it isn't the end of the world, there are ways of negotiating an entrance.

But you're all probably going to love your University experience, sadly, I am actually coming towards the end of mine...unless I take on a course for teaching next year (which the government funds), but I know I'll miss it.

I live about 20 minutes away from york

Yep, paid for and sent off before christmas!

Just waiting to hear from people now, it's taking too long! But meh, all these people applying and stuff... I think I can wait... I check my ucas weekly, daily would just annoy the hell out of me.

Nice work on the offer Lazerus

I have a conditional offer from UEA atm ; the rest I'm still waiting for. (apart from St Andrews who rejected me)

I know plenty of people, including myself, who are addicted to track. Can't help but check daily, even if it does make me go mad, lol
