Actually that comment about Aberystwyth being in the middle of nowhere is all fine, except why would you want to leave? So many pubs you can banned from loads with no worries (I did)! I had some relatives (not parents obviously, get some distance or regret it) near by (20 minutes drive) and I visited once in 3 years. Ahem... Plus it's next to the sea! Whoo!
Did I mention the amazing amount of pubs? Trust me these things become more important the more you sink into your 3 year drinking marathon... erm, I mean degree... Drinking degree... mmmmm...
