I am searching for some Ad Networks that allow their ads to be inserted in software which is downloaded and installed by the user (client side advertising). There are a lot of Ad Networks out there and I was wondering if any of you could recommend a good one that you have used that allows their ads to be installed in software?

Thanks in advance for the recommendations,

Jason

Perhaps you could open a browser object (I know VB has one) and direct it to a page containing only Google ads or something?

Athlon64 2.7gHz->OC 3.9gHz, 31C, MSi 9500GT->OC 1gHz core/2gHz memory, 48C, 4Gb DDR2 667, 500Gb Seagate + 80Gb Maxtor + 40Gb Maxtor = 620Gb, XP Home
Air cooled, total cost £160

It would be better if we could have the game pull the ads directly from the ad network. This would mean less work for the developer. I am still looking for an ad network that will allow their ads to be placed in software.

If I am not mistaken the free version of DBPro has embedded ads in it. What ad network are these supplied through or does TGC have to recruit their own advertisers for these spots?
