Little blurry, to me.

But otherwise very nice job.

All it does is make every game look like Oblivion with a gaussian blur. What's the good in that? It's a great bit of work, but misguided in my opinion. Too much HDR colour explosion, too much focal blur.

Athlon64 2.7gHz->OC 3.9gHz, 31C, MSi 9500GT->OC 1gHz core/2gHz memory, 48C, 4Gb DDR2 667, 500Gb Seagate + 80Gb Maxtor + 40Gb Maxtor = 620Gb, XP Home
Air cooled, total cost £160

Yeah. Like I said, it's very cool, just too blurry. Sharpen it up a bit, and I think it'd look really cool.

The only problem with this in my opinion is that the creator of the game wanted to look a certain way...And while this is okay, I think it takes away from the feel of the creator.

You need place the files on your game folder for example CoD5 word at war in the directory and execute the game. The quality of the screenshots has been change to 1024x768 only its the problem of you comment about the blur. 85-100 kb only its a problem to try?

Tested with Oblivion, my screen just went black. Music played and I could skip into movies, but I could see nothing because my screen was black.

The X-Pluzz notification appears in the top corner, so that displayed.

It's a nice attempt but the effects in the screens look WAY too exaggerated...more bloom isn't always a good thing. Anyway I'll try it for myself in a minute.

EDIT:

Tried it in COD 2, got a black screen, tried it in COD 4 (demo), and nothing happened.

er..honestly it makes the game horribly bright and blurry....looks like it was just given a contrast booster with a gaussian blur.

Dude, you're not allowed to redistribute the ENB Mod as your own work, really disrespectful to the original creator.

Might look good on some games, brighter games really. But with a murky FPS there is nothing to be gained but a headache.

What about a mod that increases sharpness in the middle of the screen?

That way it would be better for sniping. These blurring effects are all, over the top. If I am asleep and someone shines a halogen lamp in my face, I get bloom. When I walk outside, I only get bloom if I smother my eyeballs in Vaseline.

Word to the folk who decided that we should fade to crap with the depth of field blend - quit it. It's pointless and a poor representation of our eyes. If I am looking straight ahead, then I'm looking straight ahead, down the iron sights or whatever. If I look a little to the left, then I am looking a little to the left - I can see what is to the left because my eyes are human eyes, I can focus to the left or right at will. I'm brilliant at it. What I don't need is a fake blurring telling me what I can't do!

They could try and replicate bad eyesight by blurring out the distance objects, but people with bad eyesight wear glasses or contacts. So pointless.

The should use those sorts of effects to replicate motion, like turn around really fast, or go from prone to jumping, and your eyes will not be able to catch up, things would be blurred. That could be 'mimicked' and produce a much more natural look I think.

My eyes can do better effects on their own, they can focus where I point them, I can put on glasses when I want to see in the distance. Would the military even employ people with such horrible eyesight!.

Damn, another whinge post, it's been a long week .

But yeah, understand that I'm not against the plugin, I'm against the very core of the idea that we should do it that way at all. I can imagine marketting people using words like Shine and Pops, and vivid - makes me sick.

Doomster is correct: it appears there's plagarism afoot

Or at least, your shader looks strangely familiar. But I suppose at least a lot of important changes were made

I would say this warrants at least a lock considering Kill3r7 is just parading the work of someone else as his own
