Well for now im planning on staying here. But in a few months I may just say **** it and head to Tulsa, or Aus, or UK.

One good thing about this is, I can do what i want now with out thinking of others.

Thanks for your comments all

Not to let you down, but why make a DB console if it's exactly the same as a PC?

Its more of a community console. Basically a network set up for people to communicate, share dev ideas, Multiplayer game connection for DBC, DBP, BB3D games, etc. As well as a game machine.

Mattman - Ill be working on it, im going to go all out now and build my super neon case puter for it.

greelig - hehe, Aus is TEMPTING. Im going to do something, not sure what yet after the divorce. Aus is one my list tho, I have a few friends in Sydney...

Its looking like Tulsa is out of the question, when it comes down to money they cant seem to come close to a resonable figure for me. So im seriously thinking of getting my game project going again as a shareware proggy.

In a few weeks im hoping to get my website, forums, etc back up.

I live on Mars and I am very angry. It seems now my own government is dropping a spaceship on me. And to add insult to injury they've named it after a species of dog. Am I happy? No I am not. Gerrroofff!

This is PRIVATE property.

Ive been busy, but coming back around.

Im in Canada, and have decided not to leave yet. Going to look at a few jobs around here first.

Mattman, sorry I havnt been around. You can reach me online via MSN or brian@ogreknight.com for now.

Im off AIM for a while, to many problems with my new setup.

Regarding DB Console.... I think by May ill be working on it, I have to finish some other things off, and find a job since im officially done with compensation from my accident. Just a year off, and another few months until my brain is better.

I have a very good chance for a position with a few IT companies, and one other company. Im also sending a resume to Bioware, since I live in Edmonton, its easy to get to them. I drive past their offices all the time. So who knows, maybe ill be working on a Bioware game in the near future. /prays to the Gods, and sacrafices a virgin :p

Thanks for the comments, Ill be around soon. With updates. My coding skills are feeling like they are going to waste, and im missing DBPro.

Was just about to say you should look into Bioware if you're near.

Ask yourself, how bad do you want that job?
Quote: "prays to the Gods"

Well, in that case.

Just don't let Bioware say no to you if you can do it politly without seeming desperate.

Hope things work out for you falelorn.

Ya, Im working on a module for their Technical Director position. Problem is, when I moved my Never Winter Nights discs got wrecked, and being xmas, and moving, etc. Money is tight. But I just bought it, and the first expansion. Going to get the second expansion asap, or asaicai (as soon as I can afford it :p )

Its really to bad Tulsa turned out crappy for me, I really would have enjoyed moving down there. But there are other opportunities in the world, and im not 100% sure I want to be locked into a fast paced job with lots of hours again. I do enjoy my recreational developing and my writing.

Im currently working on a game (pen and paper, browser based) with some friends in the states. Im doing the lore, history, races, and overall design. They are busy doing all the stats, combat, magic, and getting it all working. Its the one cool thing I get to do that allows me to use my writing, and my coding talents. Tho im not a huge fan of PHP, I prefer .net, things are good.

Thanks for the advice and support all, now im off to deal with my ex wife (soon to be) and hopefully sell our condo.

What about JessTicular? I live in Aus too, just north of Sydney in-fact... lol

Good luck with the divorce and moving and jobs and everything else that you have to do to get your life back on-track...

Always remember to smile

hehe, I know PHP, I just dont like it, reminds my of C to much, and Ive done of C coding in the last 10 years to warrant a break from it.

Plus I prefer .net because I find its easier, quicker, and with C# and/or xml we can pump out some amazing things. PHP is great too, but its slower for me to code in.

Plus .net is shiny and new to me, like a kid in a candy store I gravitate to my favorite treat, and get a little cranky with the treats I have had all my life.

Thanks for the offer tho Mattman
