Sounds like one of those hacked/modified copies of XP that come with a different skin and some registry tweaks.

Look up "Winborg XP". Presumably a similar thing

I'd be wary considering they tend to come preloaded with 'warez' (so this thread may not last long)

Typed it into Google and in the top list I got stuff like Rapidshare rather than anything official, so I think David R is correct.

Bye bye Mr thread.

Ive always wondered though, i have a xp disc somewhere so since ive bought a lisence what would the legal be like of Dl this? Not that i would since i have a fine copy on here. Just interested, since you can do what you want with it right? so modifing in a way like that would be legal? or is thier some outstanding law im completly missing. ( other than the registries being hacked + warez )

Im knowsy and like to understand stuff lol.

Brilliant picture. Although the internet meme behind it is rather annoying.

Windows XP NASA Edition is obviously what NASA uses for their space projects and rocket ships.

Actually, I think they use their own operating system based off of Unix or something, and they do a lot of their programming with python (that amazed me when I learned it). Anyway, this revision of XP sounds like a load of dingo's kidneys. I'm pretty sure modifying any published and copyrighted software is illegal.
