I have an .iso format for my windows sp3 disk, I also have a flash drive that is bootable through my system bios, Is there any tools out there to help me extract the .iso onto the USB drive properly so that I can do an install off the USB instead of the CD?

You're welcome. But I actually just typed "Install Windows XP from a USB drive" into google, clicked the first link, and skimmed it for 5 seconds to see if it was what you wanted. I didn't really do much.

Or is it? Maybe people can't harvest the power of Google like JoelJ; perhaps we simply need more education about the vast and immense power of Google. At any rate, it's helpful that he was sarcastic after he posted something helpful.
