As many of you are probably aware, there is a new GUI beta out which has totally revamped the steam interface.

Well, i have just discovered a new hidden feature, steam can now predict when i am going to next play Counter-Strike.

Obviously im kidding, but found the bug rather amusing.

It may be a problem due to you being in a different time zone.
Or are you messing about with the time continuum

Why would that possibility EVER be in the code, like, I can't see any scenario where this would be needed.

You need to go to steam>beta participation(i think) and install the beta for the GUI.

I should try it I guess, it can't be any more sluggish than the current interface.

You'd be surprised.

Haha, that's great

I installed the new GUI but then had to go back to the old one, which was annoying 'cause I really like the new one... When I was in game it decided to not show me names of people in my friends list when I pressed shift + tab which made it hard to talk to the correct person... Also, when I was talking sometimes it decided to put the other persons text to invisible so I couldn't see what they typed which also made it really awkward. I may try the new interface again and see if it happens

I like the new interface, I started testing the day after Valve cocked up and deleted everyone's friend list D:

I don't see why everyone complains about the new hugeness of it all, it makes it easier for me as movement is limited due to the cancer in my right shoulder so it's just easy to click now.

Not really a favour considering it was fixed the next day.

DLed the new UI, pretty cool. Kinda depressing seeing how much time I've wasted on MW2

If you got windows 7, then that's the reason why it's so slow. It's not designed for Win7 yet.

Counter-the-strike, I would of got away with it as well, if it wasn't for those darn pesky anti terrorists, when did that game first come out, thinking ahead for the coincidence theorists. Now that's magi-c.
