I'm dead annoyed why is it that the best Japanese animé never makes it to Britain? Instead I have to resort to spending a fortune on DVDs which have just a few episodes on. Anyone know if/when the programme will be shown on English television?

Most of the episodes are on Youtube. Sucks the series just sort of ended in mid-story

Is that how it ends?? I haven't seen the whole series yet I'm still between episodes 66 and 67. I'm just tired of all the legwork involved in obtaining the episodes although the programme itself is defiantly worth it. As for Youtube the quality is never as good and I don't like sitting in front of my micro to watch them. Thanks for the help anyway though but I would just like to think that English TV company's realise the demand for these shows.

Final act, 1-21

http://www.animefreak.tv/watch/inuyasha-movies-online

Four movies.

From what i red' of the copyright and legal guide on it, it is all green. Been using this site for a bit now so i cant see any problems.

Your not stealing anything if its been broadcasted on Tv, since you still could have watched on it, i dont see a problem watching it online. (its like having a single use license on the ep's) Well thats been my understanding anyway.

Hulu has the original and the new series up. It's free as well. I've been watching the new episodes every week they are released, really good stuff. You can see the storyline coming to an end...sad really.

Hulu doesn't work anywhere outside the US.

That's hardly the case. Movies get broadcasted on TV. Does that mean I can legally download a movie torrent just because it was once on TV somewhere?

When yo put it that way no, but a show which is being broadcasted on tv regulary, is like having permission to watch it. I cant see the problem if you have permission to view it, ie through your Tv lisense or subscription through a digibox, -(which oddly enough you can record and 'download' onto a drive for future viewing) Whats the problem with a differnt source? Shows such as Bleach are uploaded to the net for airing. Whats the difference?

The difference is that it is up to the TV provider to determine the ways you are able to view a show. Comcast's TV business model, for instance, relies solely on TV viewers. If people start watching the shows online, they lose money. Maybe some shows are legally available online, but that's not always going to be the case.

Besides, do these uploaded episodes include all the advertisement breaks? Are they skip-able? Ads are how they can afford to air the shows in the first place. If you remove or can skip the ads, then more likely than not it's illegal.

I'm not sure how record-able TV (like with a Media Center PC) fits into this however.

Yah, afraid so I have to access Hulu through a proxy in order to get it to work.

From what I've read, Hulu is nearing a UK launch - but they're in negotiations at the moment, it was actually meant to be launched before Christmas, but it was postponed to February because they hadn't got the contracts they needed and well...no news since.

Kraven: Do a search for "Inuyasha the final episodes". For some reason all the shows are mixed around daily in their categories...it's weird. I've been watching Soul Eater, one day it's on the front page of the animation section, next day it's no where to be found and I have to do a search for it.

Inuyasha is pretty good stuff. Cowboy Bebop rocks pretty hard as well as FLCL and Trigun. I was fortunate enough to get into them while it was on Adult Swim. Before that, I was into The Slayers. That is where my original internet handle, "KopiiRezo," came from.

There's something in this room that makes you can't speak well.
