I dont really see whats so clever about it, it would seem obvious me to use a bug as an analogy for computer bugs. Especially since apparently the first real computer bug WAS a moth getting stuck inside one and causing it to short.

It's clever enough to the point where you can miss why it's clever, judging by the above posts (I'm being serious)

Namely because not only does it never actually say the word bug, but without the text on the ad it probably wouldn't be obvious that it's supposed to be a bug.

In fact the ad may be nothing to do with bugs at all. It just put that idea into your head by making you complete the insect name (although arguably it's only a good fit for the US because most other places don't call it a ladybug)
