Insanely stupid, Poison gas? what would be the point? it would be stupidly overused and overpowerful. Knockout gas is the same, Stun grenades are for that along with flash, any others are pointless.

The reason why the scopes are seperated is so that its not a all in one setup, it means that you have to lose to gain, thus balancing out the class.

Claymores are used so that their is no overkill traps. They have weakness' sticky proxies can be placed anywhere leading to doorframes, small corners and the like being targeted for stupid kills. Same goes for the landmine.
I gave up at this point, most of what yuo said can be used in junction with other perks to greatly tip the balance of the game and bringing in super classes. Some things are just slightly different verisons of what is already available. The camo sheets can be unlocked when using a sniper, after X amount of kills you gain ghille suits that auto change to the terrain.
The equipment x5 is aswell too much for me to put in words.
Some of your suggestions are pretty good though.
Personally id look forward to more titles and emblems. More maps, The stats of the riot shield to actually be shown/ upgradable - choose one of three - melee damage increase, cover area, mobility. Non bling orientated of course.
Finishing moves is over the top and flashy. No need in other words. Just put a bullet in the back of his head an call it a day.
Different killstreakes would be nice, but what can they actually cover now?
Maybe a carepackage armour drop, so you acn take a little more damage, Or a weapon drop instead of a resupply? I use whatever is closest to hand to kill someone. dosnt matter if its a usp or a LMG, ill still pick it up if i anit got ammo.
New weapons are always welcome but they have already balanced out the sets so each rifle is equal to each other in some form, except the f2000, that failed misreably.
Instead of rocket turrets, maybe AA? that woulds allow a free secondary instead of lugging a rocket lancher of some form. Though make it so it cant kill a pavelow or higher, if its set at 5 kills to get it.
Recording of kills with weapons once you pass 2500 would be nice. I'd like a breakdown of the weapons i use the most along with perks and equipment.
