I use freelancer web sites to hire coders, the one I mainly use are aimed at coders, they do expand with other job areas, though I think they cut themselves off a bit seeing as the title of the sites points at hiring coders and programmers, I'm in a bit of a quandary now, I need more than just coders, at the moment I'm looking for sales copy writers and instruction manual writers, and I'm sure there will be other services in the future I may need, so I'm looking around for new hire a freelancer websites. Can anyone recommend some good ones, sites that you found to offer good services and good freelancers to hire?

I myself make websites, my newest one being for my own gaming servers: http://egigaming.com/.

Usually the best freelancers are not found on freelancer websites, but people that your friends / family might know. It's easy for someone to make a picture in Photoshop of a possible good site, post it up as "proof" of one's skill, then have them not be able to do it at all.
