These kind of videos annoy me. Yes, there are many stupid and ignorant people in the US, but that doesn't mean everyone is. While making these videos how do you know they didn't have to ask 5 people the same question before they got someone with a stupid answer that they could put into the video? I feel sure I could compile the same kind of stupid answers in any country. Ironically by posting something like this, you only demonstrate your own ignorance in believing that most Americans are like that.
Our education system is strange here, we have several different levels of difficulty in our classes throughout school before university (at least 2, sometimes 3), it all really depends on what classes you (or your parents) choose for you to take. The differences between what we call "regular", "honors", and "advanced placement classes" are immense in terms of the quality of education and learning environment and the intelligence of your peers. So, yes, those who go through the lower education track will likely end up ignorant and stupid, but they had a chance to take more difficult and better classes that would make them much more educated.
