I'm currently in the process of updating my computer, here it was i'll be getting.

Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
Intel Core 2 Quad 2.4ghz
6gbs ddr2 RAM

Now, I Have a geforce 9600 Graphics card, but I need to upgrade it and was wondering what you guys would recommend. I do ALOT of HD Video editing so I need a good card for that, I would like to spend less then 150$. any recommendations?

nice system, Very Nice Memory, (beating me by 2GB), as for graphic card, i use an nVidia 7950 gx2, (1GB), I don't do video editing, but with gaming, it works perfectly at maximum settings at virtually all games.

It's got a gig of memory, so I figured that's what you'd be interested in for the video editing, amirite?

As far as I can see, the only things I'd need to upgrade is CPU and the GPU.
