Stonetrip just announced wii publishing for all his products. 168 euros, with no publishing fee.

It said you have to be an authorized Wii developer first before requesting the engine. It's not like you can just buy this engine and play your game on the Wii, like you could on 360 with XNA.

Feel free to wipe iPhone and iPad off that list. Apple is currently banning all tools like this.

Technically Apple is dictating which language can compile to an app. If this tool generates a project with C++ or Objective-C code, in which the developer can then manually compile and build the game himself in XCode, then it's perfectly legit. I have heard from sources that Adobe will do this with Flash CS5 (which is out today, hopefully!!!)
