I'm surprised no one has made a thread about the new game Brink, I'll post a few links to gameplay, trailer etc. This game is made by Bethesda and Splash Damage, it will be on PC, Xbox 360 and Ps3.

dude, tbh, Van B, Borderlands, were nothing like FO3, theyre completly different games, anyone saying anything else is a liar.

I know, I've 100% obliterated both games . They are both great, but I was thinking more about the graphical style than anything. Borderlands started out looking like Fallout3, then the graphics changed to move away from that, people still said it was like Fallout3... But then for a Bethesda game to start to look like Borderlands is just funny IMO - it is pretty cool to see some brighter visuals in FPS games. Sick of grey and brown, which seem to be the only 2 colours in Fallout3 unless you get the DLC, then you get some greens.

But I know what you mean - I'm a fan of both games, and it does grate a bit when people compare them, really there is very little tying them together with actual gameplay.

Looks kinda like a typical FPS, but with improved graphics.

Also, some of the sounds are a little cheesy.

A buffed up Mirrors Edge eh, Bugsy?

I always liked the looks of this game it does have a cartoony style, I love a cartoon fresh look, despite how many people claim it too look like another game, the XP system however reminds me of Borderlands... But whenever a game comes out with a style it seems to catch my eye more then a grungy overly realistic game. Like XIII with its Comic style, Mirrors Edge with it's colourful surroudings, Borderlands with it's cartoon style, BRINK the same, also Afro Samurai(despite knowing it was based on a Anime series it still has a great style).

Not bad for FPS movement. Nothing to cry about though.

Yeah, that's cool and all, but I'm talking about CORE gameplay. Not fancy slides and camera effects. I watched the actual gameplay vids and it didn't look more fun than any other modern fps.

Also, the graphics remind me of Killzone.
