To be honest, you're more likely to find help if you do. I don't have a clue what the problem is. Only thing I can suggest are the obvious, virus scan....but that might not even be it.
A lot of the problems you post I think would actually be solved better on other forums.
When I encounter a problem, I see what I can do to fix it and if I don't succeed it, then I post on a forum where I think people would know how to solve a problem.
Some tech forums are very specific and therefore are incredibly useful...at least I've found so in past. The chances of a person knowing the solution here are quite slim. Remember, this is a game creation forum, generally, people's expertise are more concerned with game creation, so you're less likely to get a solution. (Not to suggest you
'won't', but I really do recommend trying other places when it comes to tech issues that have nothing to do with products sold on this site)
