first, props for puting yourself out there with this post. these are generally bash bait and i hope you find some useful criticism here.
i listened to the 4 tracks available and second sun was the one i appreciated the most. many parts of the song reminded me of iron maiden, which is a double edged sword. the formula is solid, but "how well can you pull it off?" is the question. alas, practice makes perfect, they say.
as the guitarist, you're one of the vocalists listed and i don't mean to offend either here by stating the new singer was a good move

(theoretically, since there are no recordings offered with the current line-up)
i don't recall the track but one reminded me of megadeth. all of this "reminds me of" talk leads to a question of the band's influences?
3 words: "where's the bass!?" - i know these aren't supposed to be commercial recordings but, for me, listening to "sort of classic heavy metal" requires the bass to be heard
overall, i'd go back to the "practice" aspect as there is need for more. there are stumbles here and there that detract (mainly i'm talking the guitar work here... not much on the drums stuck out as bad, to me).
i can't bash as i couldn't attempt any of this myself so please take this as constructive criticism from a long-time metalhead and nothing less!
add: ok. i went and listened to the 2 rehearsals and i'll say #1 is my new favorite track. specifically the last 3rd of it. mostly because 1) the vocals were omitted and 2) i saw/heard a little aggression, which is a necessary ingredient (in massive doses), in my book. it's why i love bands like slayer where hanneman and king take turns squeezing life from their guitars.
