I've made a website this weekend to show reel some of my work. I've tested it in Chrome and Internet Explorer, and it works for the most part (works fully in chrome, and displays a bit weird in IE, but what can you expect?). My mate tested in in Firefox and found some bugs, which I since fixed. Dammit, why can't all browsers be the same!?

Any feedback or bug reports gratefully except. I'm not trying to wow people with the site itself, but I may approach game dev companies etc. with this website, so it's important it works and feel 'good enough'.

Cheers.

Edit: I know how to spell 'reel' btw!

No problem on FF for me. Really like your Spitfire game; really reminds me of the old Red Baron I used to play on our old 386DX processor! Way back in the late 80's. Like to give it a go, when it's ready.

I second Keith's notion on ODF, reminds of a an old SNES game (can't for the life of me remember the name of it), it came out around the time Desert Storm kicked off in the early 90's

Thanks chaps. Firefox is the main browser I haven't tried. If it's chrome, ie and firefox compatible, I am happy.

As for Spitfire, that is finished pretty much. I do intend to return to it when I find time, and make the damn levels. Then you'll all be welcome to try it.

Very nice, worked well for me in Chrome. I'd also be interested in reading your dissertation for O.D.F. if you are allowed to post it publicly.

Thanks guys. I developed it in Chrome, and then it only occurred to me after I'd made half the site that I needed to test it in others! Thanks for the feedback though. Much appreciated.

@Mike - Of course you can read it mate. In fact, let me just search for something ...

... ahhh. Memories. Back in 2006 I actually posted a piccy of the hard copy!

I'd rather not put it online, but if you like I can email it over. I'm not sure how much fun it'll be reading it though.

Sure, I'd love to have a read if you can mail it over to my e-mail mshah(dot)475 at gmail(dot) com address. I'm getting ready to apply for graduate schools, and am interested in pursuing a thesis in regards to game development(Human-Computer Interaction more specifically), so I'm definitely collecting as much information as possible at the moment. Plus I want to see what conclusions you were able to arrive at(even though as I read, your conclusion was inconclusive).
