Ok, one of you 'geeks' might know this. The taskbar, along with the start button, has disappeared. I've tried restarting the machine but it's still gone. Does anyone know how to get it back?

change the screen resoulution. It should reaffix itself, try larger and smaller sizes. It memories its poisition like when you rescale a window, so its most likly off screen some where.

Wait how the hell did i know that? Stupid random knowledge -_____-

Does it reappear when pushing the Windows 'flag' button on your keyboard?

I've solved it, I was using ASTON desktop replacement (http://www.astonshell.com/aston2/). I just reinstalled it and it was fine. Thanks for everyone's help, much appreciated.
