Reason:
No sub links within the tabs, and the gallery photo slideshow is not linked with the pictures. Therefore a little less user friendly.
Graphics: 6/10
Reason:
I actually really like the simplicity, its very easy on the eyes and easy to navigate.
The bad part is the sudden color changes and hard lines, with no transition, i.e. the hard blue going into bright white on the projects page.

Feedback capabilities: 3/10
Reason:
No one likes a form to fill out. It makes your issue or comment feel unnoticed and you dont know if they are going to respond. Add a commenting system or a forum. That will bring in more attention and involvement.
This was a brief overview with some aspects missed, but the ones i feel most important. I couldnt really rate content because its brand new. it would be a good thing to ask for people to rate on within a couple of months, to see if youre constantly putting good feeds and projects up there.
Overall i give this a 6/10 because there isnt that much to do or look at *AT THE MOMENT* but because it was made in such a small amount of time, if alotted more time to work, i feel you can earn yourself a solid 9 or 10 with the skills shown here.
