I just saw it. As weird as it sounds, I really enjoyed it. The story wasn't the deepest thing ever but it went with the action and the action stayed true to the game. I thought it was definitely worth it if you're a gaming nerd. Anybody else?

Yup, I liked it.

Yup. Did stay true to the game much more than I thought it would of. Enjoyed it a lot.

Havent seen it yet, just saw the commercial about the game based upon the film... which itself is based upon a game...

This one actually really suprised me, was very enjoyable, nothing ground breaking but it was a good length and kept me entertained all the way through. Much better then Robin Hood...

Dialouge was cheesy, acting was sub-par, story was based on the game (I liked the game, but the movie added a level of complexity which made it more enjoyable) but the action was great and the eye candy was brilliant!

Will (if I get the opportunity) go see it again.

It was good, especially considering it was a game to film adaptation. I thought the ostrich racing thing was too cheesy though.

They used an all-white cast to portray Persians, and they have English accents, right? The movie looks so lame but I'll probably inevitably see it on a date or something.

but i thought everybody loves white people.. </troll>

i saw it like a week ago and enjoyed it; i haven't played the game, and i was expecting it to go on sale on Steam when the movie came out, but it didn't.

Remember those old guys? They made epic renders, I think one of them was called DaVinci, and all they used was MS Paint. Sometimes it's just skill....

I saw it, and it was quite honestly maybe the worst movie I've seen in a few years. After like 45 minutes of it, I really didn't care what happened to any of the characters...

I thought that was funny. It was only in there for comic relief.

It wasn't the most enthralling movie ever but the action was good and I think it's a step forward after the Doom movie. haha

I used to be scared to play POP because of that music (talking about the original here)

My favourite line was "God dammit I keep running into this wall instead of climbing up it like I had intended!" would be funny if it was true.

One game that WOULD be a cool movie: Cyber Shinobi

A agree dialogue was cheesy. Truest thing said in the movie was the part about it being difficult to race ostriches when you only have one. Meh, not all of them are straight white, the princess for instance, has quite a tan

No, we really don't.

I'd love to see things from your point of view but I can't get my head that far up my bum.

I don't understand why they make video-game movies. Videogames in general have notoriously bad storylines and movies often betray the the game; Hitman for example portrayed #47 as a James Bond type character, with bad jokes to match, and some of the "clones" were black and asian, how does that work?
I hope they will make another Hitman (game) it is probably my favourite game of all time.
