So the title of the thread says it. I want you to tell me the coolest thing you've bought in the last few weeks. I would like if you had a picture of the thing, but not necessary. But I will do it and YOU can't stop me (unless you're a mod, wich means I am kissing your toes right now if you got offended).

So the coolest thing I've bought recently (actually 3 days ago from Niagra Falls in Canada) is this thing:

oh yeah! You got it. A Leatherface mask. Here it is in real life:

Is that cool or what? Yes is the correct answer. And if you love Texas Chainsaw Massacre as much as I do, finding this would be great. It was the best money I've ever spent. (probably.)

EDIT* Just noticed that mine is different and better. It has a hole for mouth! It also has holes for nose and ears... Nose I get, but ears? lol, I think they have some purpose...

Creepy.

I haven't bought anything cool in the last few weeks, except a song or two by Howard Jones...yeah...er...

Wait! I just bought myself a pair of Converse All Star sneakers! Does that count? They were only $4. Bargains are awesome.

Roland TD-9S drum set.

I've had acoustic drums up until now. Sold them a month ago.

Nice. I love rocking out on my buddies. He doesn't have the exact same one, but it's still fun.

I had a pretty good week so far.

I love me some picross... but now I can't get it away from my wife.

I bought my first Xbox for Fable 1. I was disappointed and was not going to get this one, but it was $20, so I did. I dig it so far.

I needed a trip into smartphone world, so I got one. My old Samsung was messing up, and I was eligible for an upgrade. They didn't have iphones (They sold all of them and are waiting for the next iphone to come out) but i wasn't to disappointed at this. For the last couple days, I have been learning about developing on android. Pretty fun stuff!

It's pretty awesome, I only got around to playing oblivion on it so far though.

That is me wearing the mask in the first screen. Just let me get an old apron, some suit, red paint, old chainsaw and you will get a real nice one.

I'd like to know what cool mr.Thraxas got in the past weeks.

Zaibatsu: I have the same amp, it takes a little getting used to but its easily the best amp i've ever purchased. Make sure you save your presets. What wattage you bought? Much to the annoyance of my neighbours i have the 100 watt amp, even under 1 I have to use headphones though as its too hard to control the volume. If you have a chance, fork out the little extra money for the Sanpera 1(no point getting the two). It'll allow you to make use of the awesome looper function.

Seppuku,

I got that too, finished it in a day on Easy with no live lost (I even fought off a Big Sister with 25% Health, then a massive wave of Splicers ). Just a little hint: stick with the Drill and Machine Gun at the most since they are the most reliable for taking enemies down .

Looks like you are about to break out of the hospital and instigate havoc on your sister with that nice axe you got there.

The fourth movie was good, but I still prefer the first two. The third was trash in my opinion.

Oh yeah... had to run down to the store today.

Broke a string on my acoustic last night... o_O Yup, love me some slinkys on an acoustic. Doesn't resonate as much, but definitely lets me bend the crap out of those strings.

Well, teh first one was teh best one ever, the second one was a dumb comedy, but still somehow entertaining, the rest... They propably knew they can't recreate that great of a movia again, so they went with a silly comedy... lol.

I liked the second one for the fact that it started immediately after the first one. But yeah, the first was simply amazing! I remember watching it with some buddies when I was much younger. Me and my buddy Mike had never seen it, but Brian had. We got all the way to the end, and just as the camera shows the ground were Michael had been shot out of the window, Brian screamed like a little girl. It was so high-pitched and loud, that both Mike and I literally jumped off the couch. Ahhh... Fun times.

I thought it was silly for the third one to not have Michael in it at all. Silliness, I tell you!

Well, I still think it could have been better without the sequels. Just my opinion. They could have been just some comedic spin-off kinda things, but tehy ended up calling the m TCM2 etc. There is alot of great movies that got just ruined by the sequel(s)...
Saying all stuff you bought is still nice, but I have no against the fact that htere is a bit off-topicness, as this is in Geek Culture. So please continue teh talk about Leatherface (Carrie if fine too...lol). It's ok with me here. (just don't come up saying "I'm a cat")
