What Lazarus said. Smoking. Also, over analysing people. If someone looks at me funny, or isn't polite, I think they're a numpty. Seriously, if I was an aggressive nutter, I would probably be in 10 fights a day (lucky I am uber passive). I have a low tolerance for rudeness. Essentially, I just need to chill out and not care so much about people's faults in their social interactions!

Insert piccy sig here. Eh? Why didn't that work?!?! Must ring help-a-noob. What was the number again? .... where am I?

Biting my nails. Grrrr.... and smoking. I was also drinking way too much pop and juice (maybe 6-10 glasses or cans a day). For the last couple months, however, I have cut down to one or the other every other day. I had some headaches in the beginning from caffeine withdrawals, but they have since subsided.

*bite* *bite* *bite*

Procrastination, biting my nails, mass consumption of junk food, posting in the Posting Competition thread, shooting kittens out of cannons, throwing hand grenades into crowds of people, etc..

The general stuff, really.

I've cut way back to maybe a can a day on average, but I want to stop drinking pop altogether.

Computer (debatable whether or not it's bad) and this weird thing I do with my neck.

Have you ever popped your knuckles? I try to do that with my neck. All the time.

When you damage your spinal column and end up in a wheelchair, you'll stop doing it.

But seriously, I've read that is causes damage over time, and can eventually lead to you being dependant on it to relief "pressure" or "tension" which is actually made worse in the long run by cracking your neck. I'm no expert, so I think you should do some googling!

I always crack my elbow or neck usually, so yeah .

-I need to stop getting so bloody furious over petty stuff too (note my outrage on the E3 thread) and actually look further into people's opinions.

-I need to stop losing my nut too on Xbox LIVE, I punched my Xbox yesterday (lightly on the front) because I was in 2 games with a hackbot which gave my Xbox 2 red lights (general crash, like a PC crashing/locking up), therefore having to restart it; and I LOST my temper with my friends after getting stressed before the exam I had this afternoon because I was too nervous, and I ended up p'ing off the whole group of my friends, which isn't really a good thing.

-I need to shift my butt off of my PC and Xbox.

-I also need to stop 'offensive spamming' and message swearing other LIVE users because they're making a racket or catching me on a bad day (usually every day).

-I need to stop drinking Lucozade and Sunkist every day (roughly 5 of them altogether each day).

-I also need to stop asking to drink Smirnoff or Bacardi every dinnertime and not drink it.

-I ALSO need to stop sounding like an assertive, over-biased turd towards my friends and family about interests. I had a heated 15 minute argument with my mate about PC gaming being better than Xbox gaming, which ended up in me telling him to *ahem* himself. Luckily that happens all the time that we argue, so it was nothing new and we were better the next day.

id say smoking but thats not a real problem for me. the real bad habit i have is not sleeping. i usually get back from work very late and since i have no time for myself, i stay up doing stuff i like (internet games etc) all night and the next day i am sleepy and miserable, i oversleep, then i fall asleep on the subway on my way to work, miss my stop, i end up getting to work an 30min-1hour late, also since i work fixing computers, its my job to push on peoples psycology to get them to spend more money on fixing/tuning/upgrading their comp and since i am constantly sleepy, i stop caring about my commission and just do what people ask me to do and nothing more, get paid and get out of there (because of that june will be a terrible month for me i will get only about $400 this month), go home and sleep, but by the time i get home, i already slept enough on the subway station benches, trains and buses that i dont wanna sleep any more, so i end up staying on the internet all night long listening to 80s hits or something. and the process repeats all over again. Infact its currently 3 AM where i am at and my boss asked me to be at work by 9 am. i should be sleeping now but i am not. Also i forgot energy drinks. i drank so much, they dont really work for me any more, but i drink them because they are tasty but i still know they are vad for you in the long term. and smokeing too. this one dosent bother me that much, i recently cut down on smoking by half a pack a day, still hard to stop when all your frinds and coworkers smoke.

Smoking, not sleeping(when I do sleep it's at horrid hours), popping almost every joint in my body except my left knee(tore my meniscus there, and possibly re-tore it a couple weeks ago).

Although I think the worst habit I used to have was hitting things or myself when I felt like hitting someone or something. I broke that habit a couple years ago

- picking/touching/scratching/pulling on my nose/nostrils
- bad hygiene
- eating horribly small and inadequate meals, generally being picky about food
- getting to bed late and sleeping in too long
- becoming instantly irritated when someone says my name
- not greeting people who greet me
- generally wasting time doing absolutely nothing

Remember those old guys? They made epic renders, I think one of them was called DaVinci, and all they used was MS Paint. Sometimes it's just skill....

I do the same thing, kind of stretch my neck in the same way that I pop my back, but the problem is I do it so much that now it's a habit and I don't realize when I do it all the time.

Same with me. I think "Okay, don't do it." Then it immediately do it and I don't even notice.

That's what I hate most about bad habits, the autonomy of them.

Actually, it's more the other way round.

Neck: Don't do it...
Brain: *Cracks neck*
Neck: DAMMIT!!!

Because the brain controls all of your movements, feeling, habits etc. and the Brain cannot stop itself from doing something unless the other half of it tries to (one is memory, the other is controlling the receptors and body) . Biology lesson over for today

You hit it too hard?

I crack almost every bone in my body and it can't be doing me any good (arthritis here I come ); my thumbs, fingers, wrists, neck, ankles, elbows, knees and the most impressive: sternum! I went through a period of doing it almost constantly but I'm aware of it now and trying to stop doing it.

Youtube: how do I ban myself from that site? Especially from commenting! Why oh why do I feel the need to comment on what some moron has said? That sounds a bit patronising but I'm sure Youtube has more users than brain cells.

I waste time doing nothing and then wonder why I don't have any time.

many more but this has made me realise that I have to go do stuff so later

Actually, yeah. One of the last things I hit was a brick wall when someone was picking a fight with a friend of mine and I stepped up for them. After the person backed off, I was raging and turned around and quickly hit the wall, at a bad angle. I wouldn't be surprised if I fractured something, because this was 2-3 years ago, and even now my right pinky rests a little bit farther to the right than it should. If I rest both my hands the same way with my fingers extended and put them together, it's blatantly obvious that my right pinky is off. Also, when it gets cold, the area between my first knuckles on my right ring finger/pinky turns an obvious dark blue color.

If you're going to hit things make sure you at least hit them right...learnt that the hard way.

I get on the computer and intend to do work, or get off quickly. 2 hours later im on facebook, msn and the game creators forums (damn those postastic forums).
I also bite my nails. Im not too worried but I want to grow my nails on my right hand for guitar picking. So i resorted to kind of putting pressure on them with my teeth rather than biting. But then they go floppy
I also hate ending and throwing things out. I hate getting rid of clothes that have any significance e.g. old football kits from when i played in the Gothia Cup in sweden (any one know bout that?) or old stuffe toys.
I also go to bed too late.

Popping my knuckles (although I don't do it that often, it annoys me when I do do it), forgetting to eat breakfast, drinking too much coffee (hence my user name), staying on my laptop for hours on end without a break...the general stuff, pretty much. That's about it.
