I'm sure there are people here like to break out their grills and slow cook stuff like ribs on them, right? How do you like them served, and how do you like to eat them?

I prefer mine without any sauce. Sure, there are people who seem to think that eating ribs drenched with honey/mustard BBQ sauce and that the mess (and without napkins and/or bib) is part of the manliness, but I just can't stand all that stickiness... ugh...

If your ribs were falling off the bone, you wouldn't need to worry about mess, since you could use a fork

Country Style Ribs all the way, with Montgomery Inn Sauce to dip! Seriously, how do people eat ribs off a bone, there's no meat!? Ah, and a Corona to go with it.

I love ribs off the bone, drenched in sweet BBQ sauce...

I hate it though when restaurants make the bone almost impossible to find, you end up biting into it and I hate that...

If you like sweet BBQ sauce and see that in a store, get it. It's sooo goood.

I like them slow cooked over wood for 12 hours, a light sauce glaze that crisps up when you bring the heat way up for 5 minutes at the end.

Bake the meat nicely so it has a nice color on the outside and you can easily put a fork through the meat,then it's perfect. No sauces and stuff over it,just put some BBQ mix on it when it's baking.

Nice and tender, meat falling off the bone. Smoked with a nice yummy jack daniels sauce, nothing too sweet.

Speaking of ribs, the columbus jazz and rib fest is coming up next month I think. mmmmmm
