I was looking around and i was wondering is there any good game creation camps that you guys recomend me going to?(must be making 3d games)

if you're in the US, id tech camps are the best: http://www.internaldrive.com/
except, they cost a ton of money...the C++ camp I took was $1000...
but their camps cover basically everything, from game design and modding to web programming, and they have programs for every age and skill level...they even have one that uses fpsc!
Also, they have locations nearly everywhere, if you have a major college near you (MIT for me), they most likely have an id course.

If you're in the UK...sorry, can't help you.

cool, if you can afford it, definitely look at the id courses first, they're the best no doubt, and great fun...

hm, apparently they don't have that this summer...
I'd recommend:
FPS Game Design – Unreal® Engine 3
Programming in C++ or Java
Both are for ages 13-17, I took them, and they were really fun, and taught me a ton...

did I post my age? correct me if I'm wrong, but all I said was it was the course was for ages 13-17, I didn't say how many years ago I took it...

nilloc, Me and you should take the FPSC camp, totally own it, and pretend we've never used FPSC before. it'd be classic. I can only imagine!

Let me recap the past two days.

I was just looking at that the other day. Now that I read there was a FPS creator camp that wasn't up this year, i'm ticked off.

Lets hope it comes back next year.
