I don't think this thread violates and rules if so please delete or lock it.

I have been a customer of TGC products for about four years now. Overall, I have been happy with the service provided and how friendly they are not only to customers, but to people just considering their products.

In comparison I downloaded a trial program from another company to test it on my Mac. It is the standard 30 day trial. When I tried to run it I got a message that my trial was expired. OK, I have never tried this product so there must be a problem. Off to the forums I go to see if others have had this problem and how to get it resolved. I hit the search button on the forum and get a message I must be registered to search. Fine, I begin to register and get to the last page where it turns out you must have a serial number from a product to register... So I can't register and I can search the forum. I am waiting on an e-mail sent to the company, but my opinion is so bad with them now I will not even consider purchasing their product. There are better way to treat potential customers.

None of this has ever been and issue on TGC. I hope everyone realizes how well TGC treats their customers and potential customers.

Lemme guess: You tried registering on the BlitzBasic forums, right?

Worst set of forums I have ever seen. The fact that you have to purchase one of their products in order to even begin posting on their forums was a major turn-off for me. Sure, their products seem okay, but DarkBASIC was and still is the best choice, even though it might be a bit buggy in terms of collision detection.

I couldn't agree more with that statement. TGC have always been friendly to me in emails and the forums have always been a helpful and nice community. I love it here.

Well, I looked from the hole of teh fence and it looked pretty dead and brown. I looked at this yard; Nice green grass, flowers singing and dancing, squirrels holding hands, rabbits hugging, bees... well they still annoy me, birds singing and saying hello to me, hey wait, this isn't my yard! There it is. What? Computers, zombies, sci-fi weapons, aliens... well the grass is green and it's very cozy here.
