Or there's ClickTeam's Install Creator which Soharix uses and is good and simple to use.

I recommend that one as well, Zeus Software uses it and it is great!

As said before, I work as an IT for a school, and we get access to many licenses for programs, I personally use InstallShield, but Smart Install Maker is an easy, but professional one. Inno is good, for free.

I just now realized I've had a typo in my signature for the past 3 years.
