An interview with a vampire. I loved it. But then I love anything with vampires. And time travel. And lesbians... That film didn't have time travel (although it had that loads of time periods like Highlander which is sort of like it) but I'm pretty sure it had lesbians. In my head at least. I'll have to watch it again

Oh, and as for Godzilla, I love all of those movies apart from that one. I mean you are in an Apache gunship flying through skyscrapers trying to escape from a massive killing reptile... Hmm... Two words; pull up!!!!! And I still don't forgive Will Smith for punching a totally unseen before alien in the face then turning his back on it to smoke a cigar, not even bothering to check if that was enough to knock it out or whatever. And then there was the limited time virus delivery. So much limited time, but still had time to include in the upload a fully animated, with audio, laughing skull. Cry...

Cheers

I am 99% probably lying in bed right now... so don't blame me for crappy typing

Ahhh... I can still remember when I saw Street Fighter. I was very young, adn thought it was so great. Haven't watched it in a long time, but I remember it as a pointless fight scene after fight scene, wich was cool in my opinion in my childhood. I didn't know the plot for many of the movies I watched, I just watched them, and thought they were kick ass! God I miss the days... altho I like it now, that I can really appreciate the work directors and everyone else put in the movies.

Jean-Claude did an okay job, but I wasn't a fan of him playing Guile. I would have loved him as Gambit in an X-Men movie, though.

Mortal Kombat is right there with Street Fighter for me... Loved it.

"Land of the Dead" got a 2-star review from NY Times critic Roger Ebert which usually says something.

Starship Troopers is awesome, it's so vivid, and over the top, but I don't think a lot of reviewers could see it's charm. It's not even like the movie was cheesy. WSeems that according to critics, a movie can't be both epic and fun, if it's epic then it has to be tense, political, intellectual (and star either Matt Damon, Leo DiCaprio or that guy from 300) - like they are failed scriptwriters who resent a fun movie like that even being made.

I never looked too much into Roger Elbert, so I don't know what you mean by that...

Zombie apocalypse. George A. Romero's. Sequel to Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead and Day of the Dead.

It's set slightly later than most zombie movies, where a small society of privileged folk live it up in a hotel, while everyone else fights for survival. Zombies are getting smarter, using tools with predictable results. It's mostly about this over-rated survival van. It's got Dennis Hopper in it, and it's not horrific, it's not the worst zombie movie you'll have seen recently. It reminds me a little bit of the part in Fallout3 when you get to the hotel/tower thing that the ghouls are trying to take over. I'd say out of the new crop, Dawn of the Dead and Zombieland are the best, then Land of the Dead, then all other recent zombie movies drop off. Avoid Zombies of mass destruction, Diary of the dead, all those cruddy excuses - you'd be better off with the original Dawn than that tripe. Really though, the only frightening zombie movie is 28 days later, first time watching that, it's pretty creepy stuff.

Land of the Dead wasn't ofcourse as good as Dawn, Day or Night, in the Living Dead Series (the originals), but just watch some of the newer zombie movies. Day of the Dead's remake? I don't think so... Diary of the Dead? Well, I enjoyed it kinda, but it wasn't that good. It was very messy if you ask me... Dawn of the Dead remake I liked. The fast zombies we're really great and it was really like Left 4 Dead the movie. I liked it, but Land of the Dead was better IMO. 28 Days and Weeks later had the fast zombie ting going on, and they were really good! Those I recommend. I also recommend [REC], wich was THE scariest movie I've ever seen in my life! It had the fast zombie thing going on and if you are looking for to get scared big time, I suggest [REC]. Just take an extra pair of pants with you. Too bad [REC]2 ruined the whole movie. The 1st movie's ending was just raped by the second movie... It starts off well, but half way trought... it just doesen't work. i mean, the zombies start talking? I know where they were going with that, but I just didn't like it. Not just one zombie, many of them! And then the goddamn teenagers... do they need to be in every single movie? It had potential, and if I'm right, it wasn't directed by the same crew, so that might be one problem. But, I recommend the 1st one.

Without diverting the topic too much, I think modern warefare 2 multipalyer (only multiplayer) would be on my "games everybody loves but I hate"

*sigh* That is quite far from the topic, and becouse you said that, some fanboy will come making this into a MW2 discussion thread. No we don't want that, do we?

Avatar is confusing. Just, explaining my opinion is, at least. It would take a page to describe it. Like, an actual review. 0_o

Is this a sign? No. I have no interest in being a critic. None at all. Maybe.

Yeah, the worst thing you want is for people to not understand you because you have a TERRIBLE CAMERA, and I will do those when I'm old enough to post the link on the forums, for now I'll plan a text based review, like you said, make a thread or post it here, but how long can a post on here be....

GOOD NIGHT!

And I could type up a review for my most recently watched movie... except I don't know what it was... I'll just type up something for Avatar, the blue person one, not the M. Knight-ed Cartoon one.

Pretty much that. But it's a god knows how old idea to collide 2 worlds and make a loev story. Just like... You know, a boy and some animal make some special bond and so on. It's very typical, as in games, rescuing a princess is a very used, but still if done well, it can come out good. And in 90's there was this sport thing going on, where some loser(s) in a sports team, they always lose, but then they put something like "Eye of the tiger" play and then they win. It's not always a loser, but a hidden talent, or something. It was an overused theme, but damn it made money, and there came some good movies like that, but usually... well you know. But I don't know if I explained it very clearly, becouse I'm a little dumb, when it comes to explaining in english, so try to bear with me...

Well, I haven't seen Pocahontas so I guess It's a plus for me

I laughed at that though although I imagine JC didn't do it intentionally, 99% of human beings don't think like that
