Quite sad so many people have cyberspace as their location that we have to ask

Manchester,UK - I don't have anything witty to say about it though

oh, I was at that big music festival in liverpool last weekend. I quite like liverpool, I imagine the residential areas have been neglected because of all the investment in the town centre

Yeh the town centre is really nice, but the further away you get from the City centre, the more run down and neglected it gets as you said.
But yeh, can't complain about the new Liverpool One.

Its more the people really, I was in Lidl a couple of days ago, and two teenage girls thought it was socially and morally acceptable to throw the store's tomatoes at each other (and yes, their mother was there).
Also just yesterday a gang of teenage girls thought it was the height of hilarity to steal stuff from a local, privately owned shop (They were actually laughing and congratulating themselves on a job well done. Although they failed to realise they were caught on CCTV, but you can't really expect stupid people like that to think).

Obviously I'm generalising, but you do see it often.
