Geek Culture / Memory Card problems

I used my digital cameras memory card to transfer stuff from my old xbox hard drive my my new one and when I the memory card back into my camera, it asks me if I want to reformat the card. If I do this, will my pictures still be on the card?

Formatting removes EVERYTHING on your MMC, so no, it won't keep your pictures. Just back them up on your PC and then format it if you have to format it for your Xbox .
