Hello again.

My previous thread on this subject did not go particularly well, but I am still planning this meetup for members who can make it to Newcastle on the 25th or 26th August 2010.

This meet up will revolve around we members playing games together in a friendly environment.

I have confirmed with the Provider that we will be able to reserve some computers especially for us and will also have access to the chill-out room and Xbox 360 that I will bring.

All of the information about the event can be found on this website (I set it up to make information easier to access)

I thought the 4th is a bit short notice. And the event cannot be hosted then because of the businesses private partys.

If anyone else wants to come, your more than welcome to!
If all else fails I guess i will have to ask TGC if we could do it as an official thing to get the members motivated... doubt that though.
