If the game is too big to be attached in that way, you'll have to upload it to another file-upload site (such as a mediafire) and then post a link, in the forum, to that uploaded file.

Or you hold Alt and Press F4 to bring up the Game upload screen...

No but really, get yourself a Filefront account for demos less than 100mb...
