After a little experimenting with UV Maps I started this small pack.It contains a few segments, buildings, various items, overlays and 2 gas mask huds.

Download will be coming soon.

Everything in the pack is made for bond's shaders, but can be used without them as well.In other words all segments and entities have _I,_N,_D2,_D maps.

EDIT - Parts 1&2 released - CLICK TO DOWNLOAD (35mb)

Also One add-on for this pack.An Oil Tank.

@James - Yes.I'll release it in 2-3 hours tops.I might just do 3-4 more buildings.

Remember,I'm a complete newbie at modeling.I'm good at making textures though .

Nice job Gencheff

I am a little unsure on the normal mapping/shader usage ?? in that last screenshot it looks a little like someone clingfilmed the building.

It was a personal choice. It does look a little weird, but I like it lol.

If it's such a problem I can make another normal map.A scale of 1.5 or 2 would do it

Lmao...there is no texturebank.all textures are in the entitybank.I hate putting textures in the texturebank...very inaccessible if I have to edit names and properties

I thought bond1's shaders expected the textures to be in the texturebank to work correctly ??

Update :

I started work on the second part.

Another sign and a radioactive barrel.A lot of other things are planned though,so It might take some time to release.
I also took nbt's advice and toned down the normal map scale from 5 to 2.5 - 3.5

(the barrels look so glossy because of the close light placed)

Alright, this is my last experiment. It's not a building, rather a terrain piece.Fits well with the scene. The colission is almost perfect.Only one small bug was found, but if you press duck you can go over it.

I have plans on making a full environment but all of this will have to wait since I'm going on vacation for the next 2-3 weeks(Everybody needs a break, too bad theres a storm outside...damn Bulgaria).
But until I return , have fun with these and don't upload them to russian web-sites lol.

Cheers,
Gencheff

Segments - excellent. Wood - beautiful. But home is not real, in the Soviet Union, the building looked completely different

Where to get the effect of snow on the screenshots?

Sorry for my English.

I have little time right now so I'll be short.the snow is from fpsfree.com.I'll look into the architecture.also @ASTEK - interesting website,I'll look into it more later on.

Just a little tip - if you want enemies to walk on the terrain, convert it to a segment

Considering the fact that I'm using a slow laptop with windows vista and I don't have an external mouse(not a working one atleast..),It would take a while to get anything done.

On a side note - I did a full-scale terrain for fps-creator.Takes the whole map,no errors with colission, but I havent tested enemies on it yet.I'll give a download some time later(if I don't collapse from the heat lol)
