As many know, and everyone will know eventually, I am the god of Batman, for I adore him. I am addicted to him. I have Batman Comics delivered monthly, I have a Batman hat, t-shirt, my iPod has a Batman wallpaper, and so on. Eventually I got in to occasional clashes with two other "addicts." Metal Devil known for loving the "Carrie" movies, and Sika Sina Games known for loving the actress/musician/whatever he calls her Shawnee Smith. Eventually I started a hypothetical club called the "Addict Club" and now there is a thread about it. Below I have the members and what they are addicted to, in alphabetical order. Anyone who wants to be known for loving a person or a movie or whatever can submit here.

Well, the space in my name was originally a typo, as I wanted it without space, so I have no problem with this. And it's not just the movies... the character... And for my addiction? Well, Carrie doesen't have so much fan stuff, other than a DVD box with two other random movies and a soundtrack. Wich I both own!! And ofcourse a costume, but I wouldn't be using it, as I don't feel like dressing into a bloody prom dress...

Blue.

I adore blue far too much for it to be healthy. I have too much blue stuff...

Infront of me on my desk, memory stick, mouse graphics tablet and tower glow blue. Curtains, sprayed tv metallic blue on areas. So much blue everywhere... soo much... *rubs head on graphics tablet*

Its ethier that or mecha and candels. They all rank quite high in my addicitions.

I am an addict of Link from the zelda games, i adore and love him *in a non-gay-way* he is awesome... except for the fact that he likes to roll into doors.. BUT HE IS STILL AWESOME!!


maybe that means iam a fan of the Zelda seriess more? or atleast Zelda OOC and zelda MM, i just love, and i mean LOVE those games

well i am addicted to a lot of things and substances i dont know what to choose. for one thing i am addicted to powerful computers, like a 6 core 3.4 GHZ powerfulso they run faster than kenyans. i was alo obsessed with extremeley powerful gaming notebooks/laptops before i realized i cant keep upwith my wallet on this one. I am kinda obsessed with my making a game idea. I am addicted to cigarettes too. Its extreemely hot in moscow now about 36-40c and the city is covered in thick smog from the forest fires so just going outside for a few hours is equivalent to smoking a pack or 2 and i still smoke lol. im gonna die. I also like other substances altho i cant say i am addicted to them yet

dont hate people who rip you off,cheat and get away with it, learn from them

Nope, i just went out of my way to throughly explain my addiction to blue and all of its epic colourness.

Of course i want to be added GAWD!!!

Even the theme, godlike, i use becasue of course it is blue. I shall be the king of blue! Belive it or not, it pacifies me lol.

Cadets....

I have cadet related things (webbing, clothing, bergans, food, boots) all over my room, in my wardrobe and under my bed. Ive spend the last 4 HOURS bulling my boots to have them shiny for next week...

On an unrelated note, is any of the British Members here aa member of the Cadet Forces?

i guess i am just addicted to powerful stuff. i love powerful computers, i love american muscule cars and old hummers, I love powerful washing mashines, powerful lawn mowers, powerful game engines (altho i dont know how to use them) powerful everything, and i hate cheap unpowerful stuff, i hate netbook, i hate compact cars and i dont like the whole deal with small energy efficient stuff mostly because energy efficient stuff isnt powerful

I'm addicted to Fractal Art.

I used to be a gamer, fairly heavily, but now 90% of my computer time is spent on fractal works, including an amazing collaborative effort I recently launched(amazing, not because of my launching it, but simply because of the artists who came to the group to make collaborative works, it was well received). I spend less time at the computer now, but most of the time I AM at the computer is dominated by fractals, and things on DeviantArt related to fractals.

Although more specifically right now, my main addiction is FractalCircles. Pulled an all-nighter last night getting some things fixed and set up for it

My addiction: Vocal harmony.

If I listen to a song that doesn't include at least a tiny bit of vocal harmony where it could have been easily included, it irritates me. I even go as far to hum the notes they should have sang when I listen to the song.

Minecraft. Can't...stop...ARGGG!!!!
I've spent countless nights slaying creepers and mining out ores, the game has a certain charm that not many indie or even professional games have, playing minecraft just gives me this warm fuzzy feeling... the music helps too.

My Addiction: The Resident Evil franchise

I have every game in the series, and have been collecting them since the series started on the Playstation over ten years ago. Originally, I bought my Playstation 3 just to play Resident Evil 5 when it came out March 13th. My Wii, I bought just to play the Umbrella Chronicles, DS Chronicles, and the Archives. I have over 300 hours logged on Resident Evil 4 and 5 respectively, and to this day, I play any one of the games in my collection on any one of my consoles at least once a week The reason I got into game design in the first place was because, when I was younger, I wanted to make my own Resident Evil game, and do it the way I wanted it to be. I never let go of that ambition, and here I am today.

What am I addicted to? Maybe it's the Vikings. My novel has vikings in it, I've got several books on my shelf to do with the vikings and a few DVDs, I love their mythology, I was given the nickname 'The Little Norse Prince', some of the music I listen to takes on a strong Viking theme - I just love Sleipnir by Man-o-war, my main storytelling sets are based on the Vikings, for my birthday my friend made me a viking longship cake with viking cats, me and my friend are attempting to write the first time-travelling Viking romance with volicirapters, one of my blog columns is called 'Thank Thor it's Thursday', my radio show had Vikings gods as guests each week, I love mead - it's probably fate that I love Wikingsblod(Viking's Blood), a type of mead from Germany and I started learning Old Norse. Ek vil drepa þik með hest. (Translation, 'I will kill you with a horse')

Oh...and I have a Viking costume for fancy dress parties and special occasions:



I need a real kit when I have the money.

Not really bursting my bubble, I already knew. The idea may stem from a stone carving where somebody is shown with horns and it was interpreted as being a warrior, but wasn't. The costume came with the horns and my friend, she insisted that I wear it because she went as a pirate and she brought her tricorn.

However, I do want a proper kit, but it's a lot more expensive for the real stuff. What I have is just a fancy dress costume. Student budget you see.

I'm rather addicted to nostalgic experiences at the moment. Hence why I've spent hundreds of pounds re-buying a gamecube and all the good games, buying a new N64 to replace the old one (turns out it was just a knackered power supply), re-buying all the N64 games I remember being awesome, and then running out of money.


I'd love to see things from your point of view but I can't get my head that far up my bum.
