Hey everyone.
So I'm working on a project that I wanna call Cirrus, and I'm trying to find some kind of a tutorial on how to make cartoon-ish clouds in Photoshop. However, they all seem to be kinda puffy cumulus-type clouds, whereas I'm going for the more wispy cirrus variety. Anyone know where I can find such a tutorial?
