Hey all,

Maybe some of you might have noticed that I haven't been here for a few weeks. I've recently driven from BC to Ontario to see my parents, my sister and her kids. It's about a 50+ hour drive, and I got to see many awesome things like the Great Lakes I've been resting at my parents' place, drinking coffee, watching movies and enjoying the outdoors.

In two days I'm flying back to BC and then on the weekend I'll be hanging out at PAX in Seattle. This is the first vacation I've had in 3 years, so it was well deserved!

We were originally going to drive through the US, which is technically the fastest route, but my dad forgot his passport (which is now needed even for land crossings.... lame). The provinces are interesting too, however, and I got to visit a few provinces that I've never driven through (Manitoba and Ontario).

Cruise control is one of man's best inventions I must say

I was disappointed, i thought u literally trekked across it in 50 hours.

Cruise control is for wussies, real men use auto pilot.

Smoke me a kipper, ill be back for breakfast.

That had to suck, when you had nothing to look at, at least... like when you were in Saskatchewan thats mean, nah , Canada's landscape is pretty awesome looking.

The most I have done across Canada was about 12 Hours from Calgary to Swan River Manitoba.

Don't tell anybody, but Arizona's new immigration law is actually to keep you Canadians in check!

Sounds like you had a good time. Have fun at PAX.

Check out this WIP flash game from the Global Game Jam!
