I did find a few missing from my list and they have been recently added.

And yes all the model packs for X9 work with X10 most work with no editing needed at all but a few (as in 3 or 4) need slight FPE file changes before they work.
But many people here will be able to assist you in doing that as we all have had issues and have fixed them.

EDIT:
No you can use the upgrade option or when installing a new install from BIOS there is an option to move old files to WINDOWSOLD folder. But as always very important files should be backed up externally. Also i 100% suggest an upgrade to Windows 7 not Vista it is much more stable and you will get faster speeds.

Windows 7 is a whole new version of Windows and learnt a lot from the errors made in Vista it will be much more efficient and will reduce bugs. It's very true Vista was a memory hog and Windows 7 uses memory much more efficiently.

If you need anything else feel free to ask.

If you do the upgrade the right way no just be sure to save files and then put the disk in when windows is booted and choose the upgrade option and tell it to keep old files.

The is no X10 free version or a demo. Your best bet is to download a game someone has made in X10 and play that.

However this isn't a fair way of testing FPSC X10 as you cannot really get a feel as it all depends on the designers skills not what FPSC X10 can do.

Wow 5 posts in a row. Edit your posts instead there is an edit button under your profile image.

For upgrading to mature pack read the thread by me in the stickies at the top of the FPSC X10 board its called "No Rag doll Physics ---- Read This".

You need to reinstall all the drivers that came with your PC and you also need to install the DirectX runtime search google for "DirectX download" or something along those lines. You want the full install of DirectX should be up to June 2010 i believe.

What version of FPSC are you using?

Are all your drivers the newest version and check that you have no other processes running that may be stealing processing power.

I'm not sure and i don't have FPSC in front of me to tell you exactly why it might be.

But you may be using the wrong death or appear script.

Maybe someone else can tell you

Unless you already have a directx 10 graphics card, I would discourage you from spending your cash on this and a copy of X10.

If the free copy of X9 is not based on V117 / V118 then you are not experiencing the power of the new X9 engine which is vastly superior to X10.

Pay for the X9 upgrade which will be a lot cheaper and install the latest free V118 BETA. You will get far more value for money doing that than upgrading your PC and purchasing X10.

Lets not turn this into yet another FPSC X9 is better than FPSC X10 thread. I'm getting rather sick of them and the sometimes very stupid things people say in them.

He already owns FPSC X10 and he is having troubles with it that we are trying to fix for him so if you can't help don't post useless stuff like that.

You just set the box in the character properties where it has the decay time to: 0 (infinite). Its default is 10 seconds or so, which means it will disappear in 10, or if you turn away.

@Nomad Soul

Don't turn this into a X9 is better then X10 thread, this is the x10 forum and only talk of x10 should be spoken here, if you wanna talk about x9 use the x9 forum.

You shouldn't also force people to use something that they don't want to use, if Jeko is happy with using x10 from now on then let him, you shouldn't come in here and start talking about why Jeko should just upgrade x9 because you think that X10 is bad.

@Jeko

The problem you are having with ragdoll is caused by the teen version, if you go onto your order history there will be a Mature version awaiting for you to download it. I also reccomend that you download Mystic-Mod by Budokaiman because it adds alot of awesome new scripting stuff to x10.

Enjoy using FPSC X10

@The Next

I didn't know windows 7 had that feature on the installer cause I would have just upgraded to W7 the day I got it I waited to long and well..... Vista was owned by a virus that destroyed it lol so I was then forced to install windows 7 cause I hadn't installed it before hand.

Windows 7, Amd Athlon 7750 Black Editon (64 bit,3ghz + Dual Core), ATI Readon HD 4870 1gb Edition, 4gb Ram.

You need to patch to the 1.08 mature patch then update to 1.11

You have to use the script commands in MM to use the money and bank options aswell.
