How do I export my model WITH my spherical environment map attached to it so it still shines in my game?

Thanks!

I'm using MilkShape

I'm sure I just answered this thread when it was posted in the right forum. Can't be bothered to type it all out again. Refer to what I wrote there. For some reason I can no longer find the thread, but I want to add to it. You may not even need to find a reflection mapping shader. Apparently in DBP now there is a command

SET REFLECTION SHADING ON

also there is

SET SPHERE MAPPING ON

which probably will reproduce the effect as seen in ms3d. Cube map reflections are better, but if you just want a general shiny effect then it doesn't matter too much.

that does NOT work. I tried it already.

EDIT: the problem with this is that it messes up the sphere map's coordinates.

Please don't double post simply because nobody has answered your question.

That image doesn't really seem to have a spherical environment map on it, why can't you achieve that effect with the specular and transparency settings in DBPro?

Because DBPro messed EVERYTHING up. When I imported it from milkshape (which was fine FYI), dbpro screwed up the brightness, the texture coords, AND it messed up the spherical environment mapping.. So.

It probably wasn't exported correctly, or completely. Brightness and such shouldn't be exported at all I don't think. Not unless you exported it as a separate lightmap.
