Geek Culture / GIMP is not working on windows 7?

Hi!

Now i'm using windows 7, and i installed gimp 2.6, but when i start it, the program get stuck and is not responding, it's really wierd..

-Why didn't God take gaga,justin bieber or kesha instead of Randy Rhoads, Cliff Burton or Dio?

Try everything 2d board I am sure they will be happy to help out this board is for FPSC media and models.

Hmmm I dunno whats happening there because I use Windows 7 and I use gimp just fine. Try checking that your net frameworks are all up to date because as far as I know these might be causing the problems. I dunno though, I just randomly came up with the idea of that lol

Windows 7, Amd Athlon 7750 Black Editon (64 bit,3ghz + Dual Core), ATI Readon HD 4870 1gb Edition, 4gb Ram.

Does it work on any other Windows 7 PC you have?

Edit: Because if so you can compare the two PCs and troubleshoot it that way.

just wait. i have windows 7 and it gets stuck on that part everytime, just wait for awhile, it will come up in a little bit
