Just a quick question:

Can Newer Nvidia Video Cards Run In SLI On Older Nvidia Motherboards?

For Example: A 3x GF:GTX 460 VC On a Nf:780i MOBO? Or a 2x GF:GTX 275 VC On a Nf:680i MOBO.

I know that it sounds a bit stuipd but just to know if it is possible?

Computer Specs: Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 2.80GHz @ 1066Mhz FSB 3MB Cache, Dual Channel 8192MB DDR2 PC6400 800MHz RAM, XFX Nvidia Geforce 9800 GTX+ 512MB, XFX 780i SLI Motherboard

All graphic cards work in SLI on any SLI motherboards,in worst case scenario you would need to update BIOS.
