Is there a program that can take images, and decipher them, so that when they come on the screen the program automatically does something.

In my case:

When a download bar is full it matches the image of a full download bar, then on the screen is sees that and it opens the file, opens and program and converts in be putting it into that program (a video).

Your signature has been erased by a mod because it's almost 1MB in size

That's a cool idea, not aware of anything that can do it, though. But aren't there other ways to signal a complete download?

I think it's easier to have script bound to the folder which is run every time the contents of the folder changes

I believe Automator's folder actions in OS X can do this, as can Nautilus' scripts in Linux. Wouldn't surprise me if there's a tool for Windows somewhere out there too

Do you guys know of any good programs that can do things, once others things are finished (that was a very badly worded sentence ). Like turn on a macro once a download is finished?
