I am writing a song(midi) for my music class, and was wondering if you guys could give me advice on where to go from what I have attached.

It has no variation, the random solo doesnt help either.

Get your guitar (if you have one, or any other instrument) and try to write your song with that instead of through your computer, its alot easier.

Not working for me, is the file really only 6.6kb? It wont play in anything.

Write the song using guitar and make the tabs for it, then just make it on your computer in midi.

and I don't really like it, it just seems really repetitive at the beginning. Then suddenly it just explodes into randomness. Try to add some variation.

Don't think it's too bad. The intro is good, but then the solo in the other hand... I don't like it so much, but it's not half bad eather. But I don't think it's too repetive at all.
