FPS Creator X10 / How to create a Window or something out of glass?

Hi there,
I need your help so much for my question. There are lots of windows coming with the fps creator x10 (i know also with x9 but i´m workin with x10 version^^)
In the preview level i can set the Window Refractivity and it looks awesome, like you all know here. BUT how can i create a window that have working window refractivity in the fps x10? I need a wall out of glass that is not that thick i mean 10 cm and high like a segment and long like a segment. How can i create something like that? can you please write me a tutorial or made one for me? this will be awesome! And here is my second question:
The window called "Window Large" got that biohasazard sign in the middle. How can i delete that sign? Which file is it?
That is all i hope you can help me cause i realy need your help! =)

Its got to be a dynamic entity and have cubeent.fx shader on it and a somewhat transparent texture(the more transparent the more see through it is.)..

The second question its in the texture use a different texture. The texture can be found in the texture bank in the SiFi folder under windows..

how can i make a transparent texture? like an specular map with transparent alpha channel?
