3k faces seems a bit much for what it is? mind posting a wireframe? why does it have so much detail on the vest? you could have put that onto the face/arms/legs/hands istead.
the facial texture isnt too great either, the military pattern is pretty "undetailed" and looks pretty booring.

And honestly, you should wait before selling stuff. Improve first

Neo...that's not a bad guy, he just always looks grumpy.

Technically he's sort of bad until the end... but whatever, I agree with Neo; you should use a reference to draw your own face design, at the least, and then make the face based off of that. Look up on some anatomy pictures, that'll help.

Nice model, maybe put a filter (with photoshop) on the clothing to make it look more natural. But that should sell otherwise

ahhh i also noticed something else, you didnt UVmap well, which is apparent by the stretched camo on various parts.
Unless you messed up on the actual diffuse.

Cosmic Prophet's soldiers surpass the quality of this model, in every way...and they are free.

There's not likely to be much of a shopping frenzy for this model, at any price.

I think its a good start! Youd be suprised at the majic a good texture set will do for a model.... but it wont fix everything. Its definately not a lost cause... if you set up your vertex loops correctly adding detail should be a breeze... as far as a tutorial goes just do a search on uv mapping and then when you go to paint use a good reference. When I do a UV map i cut were seams would naturally be though this isnt always 100 percent possible, when it isnt, make them in hidden areas not likely to be seen in common camera angles. I.E when i have to make a seam for a legg or an arm i run it up under the armpit or in the case of a legg i run it from the crotch down. Then from your unwap pay special attention to how details are spaced by counting the verts at the seam so that you can line them up as close as possible. Anyway the goal is to make as few seams as possible and yet eliminate any stretch. Good luck and keep at it!

It is his first model, so I don't think that's very kind, maybe you missed this...

Fpsc does have an ally system

@Dark Evenger
The textures a bit cartoonish, I could make a camo for you to put on the texture, give me your email or send me an email below

beautiful model. But seriously a re-texture is needed. Honestly I would use that in my game, but I would slap on my own textures. Great start on modelling!
