Probably a stupid question, but its getting on my nerves now, If i open YouTube in a Tab, then browse a few videos, my internet connection shows down to a point that i cant load any page, (not just on youtube) and i have to restart my browser, It happens every time i use it and its getting annoying now.

It messed up my system again, just had to reboot to get the internet back, and it only happens with youtube so its definitely them, wouldn't bother with it at all if i didn't need to upload a video.

All you need to do is reset your internet connection. If you have a router try restarting it, or just disconnect and reconnect.

It's just a guess, but I'd say it's the ISP detecting that you're using a lot of bandwidth and reducing your internet speed to compensate, so that it doesn't affect other people's internet.

It's not my speed being reduced by the ISP because i end up unable to even open Google, if like earlier i reset my rooter or reset my connection, i only get the net back for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then have to do the same again, (close browser and reset net connection), only way i could fix it was to restart my computer, and instantley my speeds back up to normal, Its the reason i virtually never use YouTube.

Try using CMD. Type in these commands*:

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

*As a disclaimer, even though I use these commands a lot and they cause the computers no harm, use them at your own risk. With that said, there's little to no chance those commands will harm your computer.

from what you're describing it sounds like safari's not working properly, and it's something to do with what youtube does. I'd recommend checking your process list and forcibly terminating any safari processes and see if that resolves your problem.

The only thing that annoys me is that videos load sooo slow when on 360p and when i go to 720p or 1080p it loads faster then the 360p loading...

I imagine it's because most people think it will stream faster with a lower quality, when in truth, because of this, lots of people are watching the low quality ones, which will be on the same server, or something, and the higher quality ones will not be in such high demand.

Of i could be wrong...
