Geek Culture / an s.d. card not work on the audi stereo any ideas?

ok now have to try and solve a solution to my misses dads dilemma.
he has an audi a3 and a nice satnav with mp3 player that takes small sd cards.

only problem is it does not read the music.

the sd card works on the desktop so its not the disc at fault.

so it is on the audi's side, it does the text data artist etc. but the reading of the music is always 00.00

so is it a problem with the format of the music (even though it says mp3) or the cars player or a copyright reading issue?

i am thinking a bad reader but i may be missing something.

before any comments no manual ( 2nd hand )

any info would be great,

What capacity is the SD card? It might not support cards above a certain capacity (like 2GB, which is the Wii's limit).

It could be the format too. MP3s don't have licensing, but some encoders are funny. If you're the one who encoded all the music, it might be the encoder. Try a different encoder to create your MP3s.

No longer the case. Wii supports SDHC and up to 32GB cards.

it was the kbps the audi cars sd cards only read low settings. i was using highest setting.
